I had this vision for the sand jack-o-lanterns last year, but didn't do it, so when I saw them again this year, I knew I had to see if my idea would work. A simple diy took the bright orange faces to looking like they were created on the beach, at least that was the hope anyway! I didn't get to do everything I wanted for Halloween, and this definitely didn't go as planned lol but they are still fun and cute, and how we spent our Halloween afternoon at Isle of Palms. We had planned for sunrise, but I'm glad it worked out how it did, because I completely forgot about the full moon, and I would've been so upset! Cloud cover at the horizon, but it made it's way up through before getting too high, and looked perfectly spooky for an October 31st Full Moon!
Something no one would ever notice but me—originally we were only taking George, so his ghost is mostly wrinkle free. I grabbed one for Garth on my way out the door, so it looks like he slept in it lol And bonus a couple of black portraits from Halloween Eve, and some fun, creative Halloween edits I did a few weeks ago added in at the end :)
Hope everyone had a fun, and safe Halloween!
